CHURCH PLANTING

     God has proven Himself faithful again and again. By His blessing, more than 20 new churches were established across Bangladesh in 2025, with congregations now gathering weekly for worship, Bible study, prayer, Sunday services, and women’s fellowship. These fellowships are becoming strong spiritual communities throughout villages, cities, and previously unreached areas.

     Church planting is far more than opening new meeting places—it is the work of bringing the Gospel where Christ has not been named, nurturing new believers in Scripture, and equipping them to stand firm in their faith. As believers grow, they are trained to become future leaders who will one day plant churches of their own, mirroring the New Testament pattern where the apostles—especially Paul—traveled to establish congregations, disciple believers, and appoint leaders to continue the work.

     This ministry is grounded in the Great Commission and modeled after the early church in Acts. Its purpose is to bring the Gospel into communities with little or no Christian presence, establishing places where believers can gather, worship, grow, and mature in the Lord. The process unfolds as teams enter new villages, preach the Gospel, form small groups, disciple new believers, and cultivate fellowships that can stand on their own.

     This includes intentional evangelism through preaching, prayer, testimony, and compassionate action; dedicated discipleship, teaching believers how to pray, study Scripture, worship, serve, and live faithfully; and leadership development, raising up pastors, teachers, evangelists, and servants marked by maturity and integrity. Through all of this, teamwork remains essential as pastors, families, volunteers, disciples, and local believers work side-by-side as one united body.

     Church planting in Bangladesh is active, growing, and rapidly accelerating. Every new congregation becomes a beacon of hope, a place of prayer, and a center of discipleship that transforms entire communities. As these churches multiply, they carry the Gospel further into villages, regions, and families who have never before heard the name of Jesus.
