Our Mission & How We Serve:

     Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Mercy Hill Global Fellowship & Mercy Hill Ministries! We invite you to explore our School of Discipleship, learn about the ministers and ministries we walk alongside—both domestically and internationally—and engage with the resources and literature produced through our fellowship! At the heart of Mercy Hill is a clear commissioning from the Lord to equip, develop, and release. This calling expresses itself through three primary areas of focus:

1. Discipleship That Produces Mature Believers and Living Ministries:

​

We are committed to raising up organic ministries that are birthed out of a deep, personal walk with Christ. Our School of Discipleship is designed for believers at every stage—not only those pursuing fivefold ministry (pastors, teachers, prophets, evangelists, or apostles), but for any believer who desires to move beyond surface-level Christianity into a mature, fruitful life in Christ.

As believers grow, many discover their place of service, and Kingdom assignment emerges naturally through discipleship. We believe the signs of the Kingdom are meant to follow the entire Body of Christ, not a select few. Through intentional training, spiritual formation, and activation, disciples are equipped to walk in faith, endurance, and effectiveness—wherever God has placed them.

2. Fellowship, Support, and Covering for Active Ministers and Leaders:

​

We also serve those who are already ordained, serving within a church, launching a ministry, or operating in leadership roles. Mercy Hill Global Fellowship exists to provide relational covering and Spirit-filled support without controlling or redirecting a minister’s God-given assignment. 

 

In a time when cultural pressures increasingly collide with biblical truth, many leaders are seeking a fellowship that allows them to remain faithful to their calling while operating outside rigid denominational structures. We walk with these leaders as family—offering encouragement, counsel, accountability, and partnership—while honoring the uniqueness of each ministry. We are committed to holding one another’s arms up, rooted in covenant and united by the blood of Christ.

 

3. Global Partnership and One-on-One Ministry Relationships:

From the beginning, Mercy Hill has worked closely with international ministers and movements through intentional, one-on-one relationships. We take time to know those we partner with, discern God’s direction together, and provide support, encouragement, and spiritual covering as they pursue what the Lord has placed in their hands.

For many of our global partners, being connected to a reputable, U.S.-based fellowship provides credibility, accountability, and verification as they engage with churches, leaders, and ministries around the world. Our goal is not control, but partnership, ensuring no one called by God has to walk alone.
